Double Quotes
The " symbol. Enclose patient name with double quotes to inform VA FileMan you wish to create an additional Record with the same name as an existing Record in the file. (e.g., "lastname,firstname"). This method is used to create additional episode of care Records for a patient in the HBHC Patient file.
