VAVistA_VOE together in one Qemu/dsl window.

This is a modification of the VAVistADemo appliance that includes both VAVistADemo20060912.qcow AND VistAOfficeEHR_2.3.1 on one screenshot.

VistAOffice... is mounted at /mnt/hdb1 and the /var/VistAOffice* subdirectory was mounted to /var/VistAOfficeEHR_2.3.1 with the command:

# mount --bind /mnt/hdb1/var/VistA* /var/VistA*

There were a few tricky parts getting permissions right, etc. Details to follow.
