This is the file that holds the names and ordering, display of tests
From File #68: ACCESSION
    This file contains entries which represent the functional
    subdivisions or departments of the laboratory (e.g. microbiology,
    hematology, blood bank etc.), referred to by the Laboratory
    package software as accession areas.  The file is used to
    define the site-specific information needed by your laboratory for
    each accession area. 
From File #69: LAB ORDER ENTRY
    This file controls the orderly sequence of lab test ordering.
    This file is pointed to by many other files, and supplies information
    for order entry and order status output.  No editing of the
    entries should take place, as it may cause corruption or loss of
    ordering information.

If file entries are edited (either initially or after system implementation), they must be done in this order:
1. TOPOGRAPHY FIELD file (#61)
2. COLLECTION SAMPLE file (#62)
3. ACCESSION file (#68)
4. LAB DATA file (#63)
5. LABORATORY TEST file (#60)
6. ACCESSION TEST GROUP file (#62.6)
7. LABORATORY SITE file (#69.9
