Adding the Drug, Orderable Items and Insurance Files from the HUI

Installing the drug and insurance globals from the HUI in LeonardoDaVistA.

The folks from the HUI provied their Drug and Orderable Items files as well as a populated insurance file from their distribution that is suitable for loading into a clean database with no pre-existing patient data and orders. This is the procedure for loading the three files they provided which were DRUG.GLO, POI.GLO and INS_FILE.GLO. If it is loaded into a populated database, the pointers will not be correct. The drug files have been reviewed by a pharmacist in about August of 2005. Routines for extracting the drug files from and existing database for instertion into another database were provided but not used.
