User Roles and Permissions Managemen

Important access and permission definitions are as follows:

  • KEYS: are tied to menu option access.
  • PERSON CLASS and USR CLASS: is tied to business rules which are tied to progress note types. Person Class and USR Class is the same.
  • PROVIDER CLASS: is tied to business rules.
  • Requires Cosigner: is a business rule.
  • CPRS tab: access to CPRS tabs
  • Primary Menu Option: What the user sees first in text based.
  • Authorized to Write Medication Orders -- Yes or No.
