A Number of Logical / Data SubStructures are Integral to CPRS as follows:

• Problem List
• Notes - template-entered or free text/typed notes require electronic signature
  • Includes a title/subject line, author/provider/signer, other std fields required in VA

• Medications - current Medications
• Medication Orders - VistA includes inpatient and outpatient possibilities
• Allergies - Displayed and Editable
• Warnings - includes a collection including DNR status orders.
• Notifications - separate logically from Warnings
